Ascentia Films is an independent motion picture production company based in the Los Angeles area. The company was established in 2005 and has produced numerous award-winning films, as well as been a part of other projects.

Ascentia Films has several feature films in development, including Dead Souls, which is inspired by the award-winning short film The Last Tenant.

In 2009, Ascentia Films established its Satellite Pictures division to showcase very small projects the production company occasionally undertakes and completes as side projects between the larger and more serious films.  These range from thirty-second spot contest entries to short films and other experimental projects.
