Ascentia Films is an independent motion picture production company based in the Los Angeles area. The company was started in 2005 and has produced numerous award-winning films, as well as been a part of other projects.

Ascentia Films has several feature films in development, including Dead Souls, which is to based on the award-winning short film The Last Tenant.

In 2009, Ascentia Films established its Satellite Pictures division to showcase very small projects the members of the company occasionally undertake and complete as side projects between the larger and more serious films.  These range from thirty-second spot contest entries to short films and other experimental projects.
